Surah Yunus Verse 18 - English Translation by Mir Aneesuddin
Surah Yunusوَيَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُمۡ وَلَا يَنفَعُهُمۡ وَيَقُولُونَ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ شُفَعَـٰٓؤُنَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ قُلۡ أَتُنَبِّـُٔونَ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا لَا يَعۡلَمُ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَلَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ
And they serve besides God that which neither harms them nor profits them and say, “These are our mediators with God.” Say, “Do you inform God of that which is in the skies and in the earth (which you presume that) He does not know?” Glory be to Him and Highly Exalted be He above all that they associate (with Him) as partners
