Surah Yunus Verse 90 - English Translation by Dr Kamal Omar
Surah Yunus۞وَجَٰوَزۡنَا بِبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَ فَأَتۡبَعَهُمۡ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَجُنُودُهُۥ بَغۡيٗا وَعَدۡوًاۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَدۡرَكَهُ ٱلۡغَرَقُ قَالَ ءَامَنتُ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِيٓ ءَامَنَتۡ بِهِۦ بَنُوٓاْ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ
And We separated the sea with Bani Israiel, and Firaun and his forces chased them in rebellion and enmity (against Allah and Islam) until when drowning overtook him, he said: “I have Believed that it (is a fact that there is) no god except That in Whom the Bani Israiel have developed Faith and I am out of the Muslims.”
