Surah Hud Verse 69 - English Translation by Syed Vickar Ahamed
Surah Hudوَلَقَدۡ جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَآ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ بِٱلۡبُشۡرَىٰ قَالُواْ سَلَٰمٗاۖ قَالَ سَلَٰمٞۖ فَمَا لَبِثَ أَن جَآءَ بِعِجۡلٍ حَنِيذٖ
And surely, there came Our messengers to Ibrahim (Abraham) with good news. They said, "Peace!" He answered, "Peace!" And he hastened to welcome and feast them with a roasted calf
