إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ فِرۡعَوۡنَۖ وَمَآ أَمۡرُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِرَشِيدٖ
to Pharaoh and the leaders of his (community), but they followed the commandment of Pharaoh and the commandment of Pharaoh was not right
