Surah Al-Isra Verse 73 - English Translation by The Monotheist Group Edition
Surah Al-Israوَإِن كَادُواْ لَيَفۡتِنُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ لِتَفۡتَرِيَ عَلَيۡنَا غَيۡرَهُۥۖ وَإِذٗا لَّٱتَّخَذُوكَ خَلِيلٗا
And they nearly diverted you from what We inspired to you so that you would fabricate something different against Us, and then they would have taken you as a friend
