Surah Al-Baqara Verse 224 - English Translation by Dr Kamal Omar
Surah Al-Baqaraوَلَا تَجۡعَلُواْ ٱللَّهَ عُرۡضَةٗ لِّأَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ أَن تَبَرُّواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ وَتُصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِۚ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
And do not make Allah an excuse (a barrier, or a target) in your oaths against your doing good and becoming obedient and mahead of state reforms among people. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower
