وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ

Vos seek help steadfastness Contact Prayers (Salat)! Hoc est difficult indeed non ita pro the reverent
