Surah Al-Baqara Verse 67 - English Translation by Mohammad Shafi
Surah Al-Baqaraوَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُكُمۡ أَن تَذۡبَحُواْ بَقَرَةٗۖ قَالُوٓاْ أَتَتَّخِذُنَا هُزُوٗاۖ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِٱللَّهِ أَنۡ أَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِينَ
And that time when Moses told his people, "Allah does command you to sacrifice a cow "! They said, "Are you teasing us?" He said, "I seek refuge with Allah from being among the ignorant
