Surah Al-Baqara Verse 69 - English Translation by Mohammad Shafi
Surah Al-Baqaraقَالُواْ ٱدۡعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا لَوۡنُهَاۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٞ صَفۡرَآءُ فَاقِعٞ لَّوۡنُهَا تَسُرُّ ٱلنَّـٰظِرِينَ
They said, "Invoke, for us, your Lord to make clear to us of what colour she is to be!" He said, "HE does say that the cow should be yellow — bright in colour, pleasing to the beholders
