Surah Al-Hajj Verse 10 - English Translation by Mir Aneesuddin
Surah Al-Hajjذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ يَدَاكَ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَيۡسَ بِظَلَّـٰمٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
And among mankind is he who serves God (standing) on the verge, so that, if good befalls him he is satisfied with it but if a trial afflicts him he turns away his attention (from the service of God). He loses this world as well as the hereafter, that is a clear loss
