Surah Al-Furqan Verse 40 - English Translation by Abdul Hye
Surah Al-Furqanوَلَقَدۡ أَتَوۡاْ عَلَى ٱلۡقَرۡيَةِ ٱلَّتِيٓ أُمۡطِرَتۡ مَطَرَ ٱلسَّوۡءِۚ أَفَلَمۡ يَكُونُواْ يَرَوۡنَهَاۚ بَلۡ كَانُواْ لَا يَرۡجُونَ نُشُورٗا
And indeed they (disbelievers) have passed by the town (of Prophet Lot) on which the evil rain was rained. Did they not see it (with their own eyes)? But they were not used to expect (believed) any Resurrection
