وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ يَخِرُّواْ عَلَيۡهَا صُمّٗا وَعُمۡيَانٗا
and those who, when they are reminded with the verses of their Lord, they do not turn a deaf ear or a blind eye to them
