Surah Al-Qasas Verse 48 - English Translation by Mir Aneesuddin
Surah Al-Qasasفَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِنۡ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ لَوۡلَآ أُوتِيَ مِثۡلَ مَآ أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰٓۚ أَوَلَمۡ يَكۡفُرُواْ بِمَآ أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ مِن قَبۡلُۖ قَالُواْ سِحۡرَانِ تَظَٰهَرَا وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا بِكُلّٖ كَٰفِرُونَ
But when the truth came to them from Us, they said, “Why is he not given the like of what was given to Moses?” Did they not reject that which was given to Moses earlier? They say, “Two magicians helping each other,” and they say, “We certainly do not believe in all.”
