Surah Ar-Room Verse 39 - English Translation by N J Dawood
Surah Ar-Roomوَمَآ ءَاتَيۡتُم مِّن رِّبٗا لِّيَرۡبُوَاْ فِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَلَا يَرۡبُواْ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَآ ءَاتَيۡتُم مِّن زَكَوٰةٖ تُرِيدُونَ وَجۡهَ ٱللَّهِ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُضۡعِفُونَ
People‘s wealth you seek to increase by usury will not increase in the sight of God; but the alms you give for the love of God shall be repaid to you many times over
