Surah An-Nisa Verse 79 - English Translation by Dr Munir Munshey
Surah An-Nisaمَّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنۡ حَسَنَةٖ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٖ فَمِن نَّفۡسِكَۚ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولٗاۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٗا
Whatever good happens to you is indeed, from Allah. Whatever ill befalls you, is of course (caused) by your own selves. (Oh Prophet)! We sent you as a messenger for mankind. Allah is enough as a witness
