Surah Fussilat Verse 21 - English Translation by Dr Munir Munshey
Surah Fussilatوَقَالُواْ لِجُلُودِهِمۡ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمۡ عَلَيۡنَاۖ قَالُوٓاْ أَنطَقَنَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖۚ وَهُوَ خَلَقَكُمۡ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ
They will ask their skin, "Why did you testify against us?" (Their skin) would retort, "Allah granted us (the faculty of) speech, the same One Who gives everything the ability to talk. He it is, Who created you the first time, and now you are brought back to Him
