Surah Fussilat Verse 45 - English Translation by Mir Aneesuddin
Surah Fussilatوَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ فَٱخۡتُلِفَ فِيهِۚ وَلَوۡلَا كَلِمَةٞ سَبَقَتۡ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَفِي شَكّٖ مِّنۡهُ مُرِيبٖ
And We had given the book to Moses but they disagreed therein. And had a word not gone forth from your Lord, it would have been judged between them, and they are certainly in a restless doubt about it
