Surah Al-Maeda Verse 24 - English Translation by Syed Vickar Ahamed
Surah Al-Maedaقَالُواْ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَن نَّدۡخُلَهَآ أَبَدٗا مَّا دَامُواْ فِيهَا فَٱذۡهَبۡ أَنتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَٰتِلَآ إِنَّا هَٰهُنَا قَٰعِدُونَ
They said: "O Musa (Moses)! While they remain there, never shall we be able to enter to the end of time. You go, and your Lord, and you two fight, while we sit here (and watch)
