وَكُلُّ شَيۡءٖ فَعَلُوهُ فِي ٱلزُّبُرِ
And you ought to know that every act, worthy or worthless, good or evil, in the very doing or the point of doing, is set down in writing in the book of Records which the guardian angels keep
