Surah Al-Anaam Verse 78 - English Translation by Mohammad Shafi
Surah Al-Anaamفَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلشَّمۡسَ بَازِغَةٗ قَالَ هَٰذَا رَبِّي هَٰذَآ أَكۡبَرُۖ فَلَمَّآ أَفَلَتۡ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ
Then when he saw the sun rising up, he said, "This is my Lord. This is the greatest. But when it set, he said, "O my people! I am indeed absolved of worshipping those, other than Allah, whom you worship
