Surah Al-Anaam Verse 88 - English Translation by Mir Aneesuddin
Surah Al-Anaamذَٰلِكَ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِي بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَلَوۡ أَشۡرَكُواْ لَحَبِطَ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
That's the guidance of God, He guides thereby whom He wills of His servants, and if they associate partners (with God), all that they used to do would become fruitless for them
