Surah At-Taghabunمَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِ قَلۡبَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
No type of misfortune can occur, except by the permission of Allah: And if anyone believes in Allah, (Allah) guides his heart (towards right): And Allah is All Knowing (Aleem) of all things
