Surah At-Talaq Verse 8 - English Translation by Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al
Surah At-Talaqوَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ عَتَتۡ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهَا وَرُسُلِهِۦ فَحَاسَبۡنَٰهَا حِسَابٗا شَدِيدٗا وَعَذَّبۡنَٰهَا عَذَابٗا نُّكۡرٗا
How many were the peoples who insolently opposed the command of their Lord and of His messengers? Did We not then call them to account, to severe account? And We imposed on them an exemplary punishment
