فَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
So (O Muhammad SAW) obey not the deniers [(of Islamic Monotheism those who belie the Verses of Allah), the Oneness of Allah, and the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad SAW), etc
