Surah Al-Araf Verse 129 - English Translation by Tbirving
Surah Al-Arafقَالُوٓاْ أُوذِينَا مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَأۡتِيَنَا وَمِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جِئۡتَنَاۚ قَالَ عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمۡ أَن يُهۡلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَخۡلِفَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرَ كَيۡفَ تَعۡمَلُونَ
They said: "We were oppressed before you came to us, and [will be again] after you have come to us." He said: ´Perhaps your Lord will wipe out your enemy and leave you as overlords on earth, so He may observe how you act
