Surah Al-Araf Verse 136 - English Translation by Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
Surah Al-Arafفَٱنتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡ فَأَغۡرَقۡنَٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡيَمِّ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَكَانُواْ عَنۡهَا غَٰفِلِينَ
In consequence, We took just vengeance on them and drowned them in the sea in requital of their denial of Our signs betokening Omnipotence and Authority and their oblivion thereto
