Surah Al-Anfal Verse 12 - English Translation by Dr Munir Munshey
Surah Al-Anfalإِذۡ يُوحِي رَبُّكَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ أَنِّي مَعَكُمۡ فَثَبِّتُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۚ سَأُلۡقِي فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلرُّعۡبَ فَٱضۡرِبُواْ فَوۡقَ ٱلۡأَعۡنَاقِ وَٱضۡرِبُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ كُلَّ بَنَانٖ
(Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "I am certainly with you. Keep them steadfast. I´m going to cast terror in the hearts of the unbelievers. So strike their necks and smite all their fingers and toes
