Surah At-Taubah Verse 92 - English Translation by Ali Bakhtiari Nejad
Surah At-Taubahوَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا مَآ أَتَوۡكَ لِتَحۡمِلَهُمۡ قُلۡتَ لَآ أَجِدُ مَآ أَحۡمِلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ تَوَلَّواْ وَّأَعۡيُنُهُمۡ تَفِيضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمۡعِ حَزَنًا أَلَّا يَجِدُواْ مَا يُنفِقُونَ
And not (any blame) on those who when they came to you to provide them with mounts (animals for riding), you said I cannot find anything to mount you on it, and they turned back with their eyes full of tears, sorrowful that they do not find anything to spend
