Surah At-Taubah Verse 96 - English Translation by Mohammad Shafi
Surah At-Taubahيَحۡلِفُونَ لَكُمۡ لِتَرۡضَوۡاْ عَنۡهُمۡۖ فَإِن تَرۡضَوۡاْ عَنۡهُمۡ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَرۡضَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
They will swear to you in order that you may be pleased with them. And even if you are pleased with them, Allah is indeed not pleased with the people who rebel against Allah's commandments
