Surah Al-Falaq - English Translation by Ali Quli Qarai
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ
Say, ‘I seek the protection of the Lord of the daybreak
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 1
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
from the evil of what He has created
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 2
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
and from the evil of the dark night when it falls
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 3
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ
and from the evil of the witches, who blow on knots
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 4
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
and from the evil of the envious one when he envies.’
