Surah Al-Falaq - English Translation by Dr Munir Munshey
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ
Say, "I seek refuge with (Allah), the Lord of the nascent dawn
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 1
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
From the evil He has created
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 2
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
From the evil of darkness as it deepens (during the night)
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 3
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ
From the evil of (women practicing) witchcraft, and blowing (spells) over knotted ropes
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 4
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
And from the evil of the grudgeful, as he turns green with jealousy
Surah Al-Falaq, Verse 5
