Surah Al-Baqara Verse 215 - English Translation by Abdul Hye
Surah Al-Baqaraيَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنفِقُونَۖ قُلۡ مَآ أَنفَقۡتُم مِّنۡ خَيۡرٖ فَلِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱبۡنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِۗ وَمَا تَفۡعَلُواْ مِنۡ خَيۡرٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٞ
They ask you (Muhammad) what they should spend (in charity). Say: “Whatever you spend of good must be for parents, kindred, orphans, the poor, the travelers, and whatever good deeds you do. Indeed Allah is Well-informed of it.”
