Surah Al-Baqara Verse 215 - English Translation by Mohammad Shafi
Surah Al-Baqaraيَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنفِقُونَۖ قُلۡ مَآ أَنفَقۡتُم مِّنۡ خَيۡرٖ فَلِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱبۡنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِۗ وَمَا تَفۡعَلُواْ مِنۡ خَيۡرٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٞ
They ask you what is it that they should spend. Say, "That which you spend of good ought to be for parents, near onesh, orphans, the poor and the wayfarer . And whatever good you do, Allah is indeed aware of it
