Surah Ghafir Verse 85 - English Translation by Abdul Hye
Surah Ghafirفَلَمۡ يَكُ يَنفَعُهُمۡ إِيمَٰنُهُمۡ لَمَّا رَأَوۡاْ بَأۡسَنَاۖ سُنَّتَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِي قَدۡ خَلَتۡ فِي عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ
But their faith (in Islam) could not avail them when they saw Our punishment. Such was the Way of Allah which were established in (dealing with) His servants. Thus the disbelievers were lost
