Surah Al-Mujadila Verse 11 - English Translation by Mohammad Shafi
Surah Al-Mujadilaيَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمۡ تَفَسَّحُواْ فِي ٱلۡمَجَٰلِسِ فَٱفۡسَحُواْ يَفۡسَحِ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡۖ وَإِذَا قِيلَ ٱنشُزُواْ فَٱنشُزُواْ يَرۡفَعِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ دَرَجَٰتٖۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ
O you who believe! When you are asked to make room in assemblies, then do make room. Allah will make room for you. And when asked to rise up, do rise up! Allah will exalt those who believe among you, and those endowed with knowledge, to high ranks. Allah is Aware of what you do
