Surah Al-Araf Verse 141 - English Translation by Mir Aneesuddin
Surah Al-Arafوَإِذۡ أَنجَيۡنَٰكُم مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَسُومُونَكُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ يُقَتِّلُونَ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ عَظِيمٞ
And (remember) when We delivered you from the people of Pharaoh who afflicted you with an evil punishment : they killed your sons and left alive your women, and in that there was a great trial (for you) from your Lord
