Surah Al-Araf Verse 142 - English Translation by Ali Bakhtiari Nejad
Surah Al-Araf۞وَوَٰعَدۡنَا مُوسَىٰ ثَلَٰثِينَ لَيۡلَةٗ وَأَتۡمَمۡنَٰهَا بِعَشۡرٖ فَتَمَّ مِيقَٰتُ رَبِّهِۦٓ أَرۡبَعِينَ لَيۡلَةٗۚ وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِأَخِيهِ هَٰرُونَ ٱخۡلُفۡنِي فِي قَوۡمِي وَأَصۡلِحۡ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ سَبِيلَ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ
We made an appointment with Moses for thirty nights and We completed it with ten (more), so appointment of his Master completed in forty nights. And Moses told his brother Aaron: be my successor among my people (in my absence), and do right, and do not follow the way of the corruptors
