Surah Al-Asr - English Translation by Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition
وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ
By the ˹passage of˺ time
Surah Al-Asr, Verse 1
إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَفِي خُسۡرٍ
Surely humanity is in ˹grave˺ loss
Surah Al-Asr, Verse 2
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ
except those who have faith, do good, and urge each other to the truth, and urge each other to perseverance
