حمٓ
Ha Mim
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 1
وَٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ
By the Book which makes things clear
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 2
إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
We have made it an Arabic Qur´an so that hopefully you will use your intellect
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 3
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِيٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ
It is in the Source Book with Us, high-exalted, full of wisdom
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 4
أَفَنَضۡرِبُ عَنكُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَ صَفۡحًا أَن كُنتُمۡ قَوۡمٗا مُّسۡرِفِينَ
Shall We then deprive you of the Reminder for being a profligate people
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 5
وَكَمۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن نَّبِيّٖ فِي ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
How many Prophets We sent to the previous peoples
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 6
وَمَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن نَّبِيٍّ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
But no Prophet came to them without their mocking him
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 7
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَآ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُم بَطۡشٗا وَمَضَىٰ مَثَلُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
and so We destroyed people with greater power than they have and the pattern of the previous peoples has gone before
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 8
وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
If you were to ask them, ´Who created the heavens and the earth?´ they would reply, ´The Almighty, the All-Knowing created them.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 9
ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مَهۡدٗا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمۡ فِيهَا سُبُلٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُونَ
It is He who made the earth a cradle for you and made pathways for you in it so that hopefully you would be guided
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 10
وَٱلَّذِي نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَنشَرۡنَا بِهِۦ بَلۡدَةٗ مَّيۡتٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخۡرَجُونَ
It is He who sends down water in due measure from the sky by which We bring a dead land back to life. That is how you too will be brought forth
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 11
وَٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡفُلۡكِ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ مَا تَرۡكَبُونَ
It is He who created all the species and gave you ships and livestock for you to ride
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 12
لِتَسۡتَوُۥاْ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِۦ ثُمَّ تَذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ رَبِّكُمۡ إِذَا ٱسۡتَوَيۡتُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَتَقُولُواْ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُۥ مُقۡرِنِينَ
so that you might sit firmly on their backs and remember your Lord´s blessing while you are seated on them, saying, ´Glory be to Him who has subjected this to us. We could never have done it by ourselves
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 13
وَإِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ
Indeed we are returning to our Lord!´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 14
وَجَعَلُواْ لَهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ جُزۡءًاۚ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَكَفُورٞ مُّبِينٌ
They have assigned to Him a portion of His creatures! Truly man is openly ungrateful
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 15
أَمِ ٱتَّخَذَ مِمَّا يَخۡلُقُ بَنَاتٖ وَأَصۡفَىٰكُم بِٱلۡبَنِينَ
Has He then taken daughters from what He has created and chosen sons for you
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 16
وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِمَا ضَرَبَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مَثَلٗا ظَلَّ وَجۡهُهُۥ مُسۡوَدّٗا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ
When any of them is given the good news of the very thing which he himself has ascribed to the All-Merciful his face darkens and he is furious
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 17
أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُاْ فِي ٱلۡحِلۡيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡخِصَامِ غَيۡرُ مُبِينٖ
´What! Someone brought up among pretty trinkets who cannot produce a cogent argument!´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 18
وَجَعَلُواْ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عِبَٰدُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ إِنَٰثًاۚ أَشَهِدُواْ خَلۡقَهُمۡۚ سَتُكۡتَبُ شَهَٰدَتُهُمۡ وَيُسۡـَٔلُونَ
They have designated the angels as female, those who are in the presence of the All-Merciful! Were they present to witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded and they will be asked about it
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 19
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡ شَآءَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ مَا عَبَدۡنَٰهُمۗ مَّا لَهُم بِذَٰلِكَ مِنۡ عِلۡمٍۖ إِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا يَخۡرُصُونَ
They say, ´If the All-Merciful had so willed, we would not have worshipped them.´ They have no knowledge of that. They are only conjecturing
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 20
أَمۡ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ كِتَٰبٗا مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ فَهُم بِهِۦ مُسۡتَمۡسِكُونَ
Or did We give them a Book before, which they are holding to
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 21
بَلۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّهۡتَدُونَ
No, in fact they say, ´We found our fathers following a religion and we are simply guided in their footsteps.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 22
وَكَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِي قَرۡيَةٖ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتۡرَفُوهَآ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّقۡتَدُونَ
Similarly We never sent any warner before you to any city without the affluent among them saying, ´We found our fathers following a religion and we are simply following in their footsteps.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 23
۞قَٰلَ أَوَلَوۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِأَهۡدَىٰ مِمَّا وَجَدتُّمۡ عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَكُمۡۖ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا بِمَآ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ
Say: ´What if I have come with better guidance than what you found your fathers following?´ They say, ´We reject what you have been sent with.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 24
فَٱنتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡۖ فَٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
So We took revenge on them. And see the final fate of the deniers
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 25
وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَ
When Ibrahim said to his father and his people, ´I am free of everything you worship
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 26
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِي فَطَرَنِي فَإِنَّهُۥ سَيَهۡدِينِ
except for Him who brought me into being, Who will certainly guide me,´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 27
وَجَعَلَهَا كَلِمَةَۢ بَاقِيَةٗ فِي عَقِبِهِۦ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ
he made it an on-going word among his descendants so that perhaps they might turn back
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 28
بَلۡ مَتَّعۡتُ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَءَابَآءَهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَرَسُولٞ مُّبِينٞ
I let those people and their forefathers enjoy themselves until the truth came to them and a Messenger to make it clear
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 29
وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا سِحۡرٞ وَإِنَّا بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ
But when the truth came to them they said, ´This is magic and we reject it.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 30
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ
They say, ´Why was this Qur´an not sent down to one of the great men of the two cities?´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 31
أَهُمۡ يَقۡسِمُونَ رَحۡمَتَ رَبِّكَۚ نَحۡنُ قَسَمۡنَا بَيۡنَهُم مَّعِيشَتَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ وَرَفَعۡنَا بَعۡضَهُمۡ فَوۡقَ بَعۡضٖ دَرَجَٰتٖ لِّيَتَّخِذَ بَعۡضُهُم بَعۡضٗا سُخۡرِيّٗاۗ وَرَحۡمَتُ رَبِّكَ خَيۡرٞ مِّمَّا يَجۡمَعُونَ
Is it, then, they who allocate the mercy of your Lord? We have allocated their livelihood among them in the life of the dunya and raised some of them above others in rank so that some of them are subservient to others. But the mercy of your Lord is better than anything they amass
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 32
وَلَوۡلَآ أَن يَكُونَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ لَّجَعَلۡنَا لِمَن يَكۡفُرُ بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ لِبُيُوتِهِمۡ سُقُفٗا مِّن فِضَّةٖ وَمَعَارِجَ عَلَيۡهَا يَظۡهَرُونَ
Were it not that mankind might all become one community, We would have given those who reject the All-Merciful silver roofs to their houses and silver stairways to ascend
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 33
وَلِبُيُوتِهِمۡ أَبۡوَٰبٗا وَسُرُرًا عَلَيۡهَا يَتَّكِـُٔونَ
and silver doors to their houses and silver couches on which to recline
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 34
وَزُخۡرُفٗاۚ وَإِن كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمَّا مَتَٰعُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
and gold ornaments. All that is merely the trappings of the life of this world. But the Next World with your Lord is for those who have taqwa
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 35
وَمَن يَعۡشُ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ نُقَيِّضۡ لَهُۥ شَيۡطَٰنٗا فَهُوَ لَهُۥ قَرِينٞ
If someone shuts his eyes to the remembrance of the All-Merciful, We assign him a shaytan who becomes his bosom friend —
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 36
وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَيَحۡسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهۡتَدُونَ
they debar them from the path, yet they still think they are guided —
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 37
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَنَا قَالَ يَٰلَيۡتَ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكَ بُعۡدَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقَيۡنِ فَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرِينُ
so that, when he reaches Us, he says, ´If only there was the distance of the two Easts between you and me!´ What an evil companion
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 38
وَلَن يَنفَعَكُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ إِذ ظَّلَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ مُشۡتَرِكُونَ
It will not benefit you today, since you did wrong, that you share equally in the punishment
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 39
أَفَأَنتَ تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ أَوۡ تَهۡدِي ٱلۡعُمۡيَ وَمَن كَانَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ
Can you make the dead hear or guide the blind and those who are patently misguided
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 40
فَإِمَّا نَذۡهَبَنَّ بِكَ فَإِنَّا مِنۡهُم مُّنتَقِمُونَ
Either We will extricate you and take revenge on them
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 41
أَوۡ نُرِيَنَّكَ ٱلَّذِي وَعَدۡنَٰهُمۡ فَإِنَّا عَلَيۡهِم مُّقۡتَدِرُونَ
or let you see what We have promised them. They are completely in Our power
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 42
فَٱسۡتَمۡسِكۡ بِٱلَّذِيٓ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
So hold fast to what has been revealed to you. You are on a straight path
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 43
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَذِكۡرٞ لَّكَ وَلِقَوۡمِكَۖ وَسَوۡفَ تُسۡـَٔلُونَ
It is certainly a reminder to you and to your people and you will be questioned
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 44
وَسۡـَٔلۡ مَنۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَآ أَجَعَلۡنَا مِن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ءَالِهَةٗ يُعۡبَدُونَ
Ask those We sent before you as Our Messengers: Have We ever designated any gods to be worshipped besides the All-Merciful
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 45
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
We sent Musa with Our Signs to Pharaoh and his nobles. He said, ´I am the Messenger of the Lord of the worlds.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 46
فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِذَا هُم مِّنۡهَا يَضۡحَكُونَ
But when he came to them with Our Signs, they merely laughed at them
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 47
وَمَا نُرِيهِم مِّنۡ ءَايَةٍ إِلَّا هِيَ أَكۡبَرُ مِنۡ أُخۡتِهَاۖ وَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ
We showed them no Sign which was not greater than the one before it. We seized them with punishment so that hopefully they would turn back
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 48
وَقَالُواْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَ ٱلسَّاحِرُ ٱدۡعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِندَكَ إِنَّنَا لَمُهۡتَدُونَ
They said, ´Magician, invoke your Lord for us by the contract He has made with you and we shall certainly follow the guidance.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 49
فَلَمَّا كَشَفۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمۡ يَنكُثُونَ
But when We removed the punishment from them, they immediately broke their word
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 50
وَنَادَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ فِي قَوۡمِهِۦ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَلَيۡسَ لِي مُلۡكُ مِصۡرَ وَهَٰذِهِ ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِيٓۚ أَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُونَ
Pharaoh called to his people, saying, ´My people, does the kingdom of Egypt not belong to me? Do not all these rivers flow under my control? Do you not then see
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 51
أَمۡ أَنَا۠ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ مَهِينٞ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ
Am I not better than this man who is contemptible and can scarcely make anything clear
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 52
فَلَوۡلَآ أُلۡقِيَ عَلَيۡهِ أَسۡوِرَةٞ مِّن ذَهَبٍ أَوۡ جَآءَ مَعَهُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ مُقۡتَرِنِينَ
Why have gold bracelets not been put upon his arms and why is there not a train of angels accompanying him?´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 53
فَٱسۡتَخَفَّ قَوۡمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ
In that way he swayed his people and they succumbed to him. They were a people of deviators
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 54
فَلَمَّآ ءَاسَفُونَا ٱنتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡ فَأَغۡرَقۡنَٰهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ
Then when they had provoked Our wrath, We took revenge on them and drowned every one of them
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 55
فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ سَلَفٗا وَمَثَلٗا لِّلۡأٓخِرِينَ
We made them a thing of the past, an example for later peoples
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 56
۞وَلَمَّا ضُرِبَ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ مَثَلًا إِذَا قَوۡمُكَ مِنۡهُ يَصِدُّونَ
When an example is made of the son of Maryam your people laugh uproariously
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 57
وَقَالُوٓاْ ءَأَٰلِهَتُنَا خَيۡرٌ أَمۡ هُوَۚ مَا ضَرَبُوهُ لَكَ إِلَّا جَدَلَۢاۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٌ خَصِمُونَ
They retort, ´Who is better then, our gods or him?´ They only say this to you for argument´s sake. They are indeed a disputatious people
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 58
إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا عَبۡدٌ أَنۡعَمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ مَثَلٗا لِّبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ
He is only a slave on whom We bestowed Our blessing and whom We made an example for the tribe of Israel
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 59
وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلۡنَا مِنكُم مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةٗ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَخۡلُفُونَ
If We wished We could appoint angels in exchange for you to succeed you on the earth
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 60
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَعِلۡمٞ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمۡتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَٱتَّبِعُونِۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ
He is a Sign of the Hour. Have no doubt about it. But follow me. This is a straight path
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 61
وَلَا يَصُدَّنَّكُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ
Do not let Shaytan bar your way. He truly is an outright enemy to you
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 62
وَلَمَّا جَآءَ عِيسَىٰ بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ قَالَ قَدۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي تَخۡتَلِفُونَ فِيهِۖ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
And when ´Isa came with the Clear Signs, he said, ´I have come to you with Wisdom and to clarify for you some of the things about which you have differed. Therefore have taqwa of Allah and obey me
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 63
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ
Allah is my Lord and your Lord so worship Him. This is a straight path.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 64
فَٱخۡتَلَفَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِهِمۡۖ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمٍ أَلِيمٍ
The various factions among them differed. Woe then to those who did wrong on account of the punishment of a painful Day
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 65
هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
What are they waiting for, but the Hour to come upon them suddenly when they are not expecting it
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 66
ٱلۡأَخِلَّآءُ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بَعۡضُهُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
On that Day the closest friends will be enemies to one another — except for those who have taqwa
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 67
يَٰعِبَادِ لَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ تَحۡزَنُونَ
´My slaves, you will feel no fear today; you will know no sorrow.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 68
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَكَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ
As for those who had iman in Our Signs and became Muslims
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 69
ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ أَنتُمۡ وَأَزۡوَٰجُكُمۡ تُحۡبَرُونَ
´Enter the Garden, you and your wives, delighting in your joy.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 70
يُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِصِحَافٖ مِّن ذَهَبٖ وَأَكۡوَابٖۖ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشۡتَهِيهِ ٱلۡأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ ٱلۡأَعۡيُنُۖ وَأَنتُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ
Platters and cups of gold will passed around among them and they will have there all that their hearts desire and their eyes find delight in. You will remain in it timelessly, for ever
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 71
وَتِلۡكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِيٓ أُورِثۡتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
That is the Garden you will inherit for what you did
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 72
لَكُمۡ فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٞ كَثِيرَةٞ مِّنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ
There will be many fruits in it for you to eat
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 73
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ فِي عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ
The evildoers will remain timelessly, for ever, in the punishment of Hell
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 74
لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَهُمۡ فِيهِ مُبۡلِسُونَ
It will not be eased for them. They will be crushed there by despair
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 75
وَمَا ظَلَمۡنَٰهُمۡ وَلَٰكِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
We have not wronged them; it was they who were wrongdoers
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 76
وَنَادَوۡاْ يَٰمَٰلِكُ لِيَقۡضِ عَلَيۡنَا رَبُّكَۖ قَالَ إِنَّكُم مَّـٰكِثُونَ
They will call out, ´Malik, let your Lord put an end to us!´ He will say, ´You will stay the way you are.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 77
لَقَدۡ جِئۡنَٰكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَكُمۡ لِلۡحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ
We brought you the truth but most of you hated the truth
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 78
أَمۡ أَبۡرَمُوٓاْ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّا مُبۡرِمُونَ
Or have they hatched a plot? It is We who are the Hatcher
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 79
أَمۡ يَحۡسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسۡمَعُ سِرَّهُمۡ وَنَجۡوَىٰهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ يَكۡتُبُونَ
Or do they imagine that We do not hear their secrets and their private talk? On the contrary Our messengers are right there with them writing it down
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 80
قُلۡ إِن كَانَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ وَلَدٞ فَأَنَا۠ أَوَّلُ ٱلۡعَٰبِدِينَ
Say: ´If the All-Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 81
سُبۡحَٰنَ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
Glory be to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, beyond what they describe
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 82
فَذَرۡهُمۡ يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلۡعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ
So leave them to plunge and play around until they meet their Day which they are promised
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 83
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَٰهٞ وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَٰهٞۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
It is He who is God in heaven and God on earth. He is the All-Wise, the All-Knowing
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 84
وَتَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُۥ عِلۡمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ
Blessed be Him to whom belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and everything in between them. The knowledge of the Hour is with Him. You will be returned to Him
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 85
وَلَا يَمۡلِكُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَن شَهِدَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ
Those you call upon apart from Him possess no power of intercession — only those who bore witness to the truth and have full knowledge
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 86
وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَهُمۡ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۖ فَأَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَكُونَ
If you asked them who created them, they would say, ´Allah!´ So how have they been perverted
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 87
وَقِيلِهِۦ يَٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوۡمٞ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
And as for his words, ´My Lord, these are people who have no iman!´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 88
فَٱصۡفَحۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَقُلۡ سَلَٰمٞۚ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ
turn from them and say, ´Peace! You will soon come to know.´
Surah Az-Zukhruf, Verse 89
