Surah Al-Maeda Verse 70 - English Translation by Mir Anees Original
Surah Al-Maedaلَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِمۡ رُسُلٗاۖ كُلَّمَا جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولُۢ بِمَا لَا تَهۡوَىٰٓ أَنفُسُهُمۡ فَرِيقٗا كَذَّبُواْ وَفَرِيقٗا يَقۡتُلُونَ
We had indeed taken a pledge from the children of Israel and We had sent messengers to them. Whenever there came to them a messenger with that which their souls did not desire, some (of the messengers) they denied while others they killed
