Surah Al-Qadr - English Translation by Tbirving
إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةِ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ
We have sent it down on the Night of Power
Surah Al-Qadr, Verse 1
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ
What will make you realize what the Night of Power is like
Surah Al-Qadr, Verse 2
لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡ أَلۡفِ شَهۡرٖ
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months
Surah Al-Qadr, Verse 3
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ
Angels and the Spirit descend on it on every errand with their Lord´s permission
Surah Al-Qadr, Verse 4
سَلَٰمٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ
[it means] peace till the approach of daybreak
Surah Al-Qadr, Verse 5
