Surah Al-Masadd - English Translation by Rowwad Translation Center
تَبَّتۡ يَدَآ أَبِي لَهَبٖ وَتَبَّ
May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, and may he perish
Surah Al-Masadd, Verse 1
مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ
Neither his wealth nor his worldly gains will avail him
Surah Al-Masadd, Verse 2
سَيَصۡلَىٰ نَارٗا ذَاتَ لَهَبٖ
He will burn in a Flaming Fire
Surah Al-Masadd, Verse 3
وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلۡحَطَبِ
and so will his wife, the carrier of firewood
Surah Al-Masadd, Verse 4
فِي جِيدِهَا حَبۡلٞ مِّن مَّسَدِۭ
around her neck will be a rope of palm fiber
